Refund Policy

For Massage Therapy Sessions -

Please allow 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All cancellations or a request to reschedule within the 24-hour period prior to your treatment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the price of treatment booked. This will be charged to the card on file. You can manage your booking via the confirmation email sent to your inbox.

For Class Bookings -

The full class fee is due at time of reservation. The full class fee is 100% refundable up until 14 days prior to the published class start date. All cancellations within 14 days of the class start date will be non-refundable. For Coaching Sessions - please allow 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All cancellations or no-shows to the scheduled online session within 24 hours will be subject to the full monthly subscription fee of 35 euro and a new session will not be available to you until the following billing cycle. You can manage your booking via the confirmation email sent to your inbox.

For Coaching Subscriptions -

Once you have booked your first coaching session we will forward the details of your subscription service via email. Your subscription will renew monthly on the 2nd of each calendar month for 35 euro. If you cancel your subscription there will be no pro-rated refund. You will have access to your last bookable session until the following billing cycle. You may pause your subscription service for the duration of one billing cycle per year. The subscription will continue to be billed monthly until cancellation is confirmed by the client.
