The historical venue, "Cortijo El Trance" has 5 acres of olive, orange and avocado groves, a saltwater swimming pool and stunning views of the mountains and sea. Cranio-Sacral Therapy has a rich history as an adjunct form of touch in our massage profession. Current neuroscience research has brought us so much closer to understanding how this light, nurturing system of touch actually affects our clients and their nervous system regulation.

While honoring the traditional 10-step protocol pioneered by Dr. John  Upledger and others, we will delve into a more client-centered, communicative model of these holds.  Assisting our clients in radical self-awareness during treatment and sharply attenuating with body language and cues, we can go much further across the bridge between the physical and psychological.  Nervous system regulation by way of micro-movements and sensory narration will be the focus of this unique approach to CST.

This course will show you how to fully integrate CST holds into any session you offer and blend seamlessly with other techniques and approaches.
